All good as presented in the website, good location, staff very friendly and with a good English level. Very near to the beach and to the Main Street of the zone.

They billed me approx 30% of my room charges 2 days in advance of my check-in. I got an email from my bank saying this amount was debited to my credit card - the details of merchant were not clear in my bank’s email - since I was not expecting a debit, I assumed my card was hacked. I blocked my card and had to manage rest of my trip expenses differently than I had imagined. Upon checking in, when I asked the hotel, they said they were checking whether my card worked. If hotel had emailed me that they had used my card, I would not have been worried that my card was hacked and I would have been more comfortable managing the expenses of remaining 7 days of my trip.

Great location and comfortable stay

“Great place”

Very clean, spacious room. I liked that they were doing daily cleaning and changing towels, making the bed. Felt great to come to a nice room after a long day of visiting. I also found the staff friendly and the location was great, really close to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location. It was a short 10 minute stroll to the beach. They have laundry facilities which was a bonus, $1 for washing powder and around $9 for washer and dryer. Mind you the dryer is in Korean but easy to navigate. The room is cosy and clean. The bus stop is outside your door. Don't catch a taxi from the train station, take the bus it's cheaper.

The rooms are up to standard as expected from a hotel associated with the Marriott brand. Location is excellent - walking to the bus, market, and beach. Staff was helpful.

Everything was great. The hotel is close to the beach and the main shopping street. There's a convenience store downstairs, and many good restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Being close to the beach and markets. Walking distance to Haeundae station. Loads of places to eat, variety of cuisines to suit all. Lovely to walk up and down the beach. Breakfast had limited choice however the positive was your eggs would be cooked there and then.

Great location for walks along the beach and both ways along the coast. Well designed room with very comfortable bread. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and a special mention to Tina who worked in the breakfast dining area. She was so welcoming and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try.
