Housed in a skyscraper overlooking the city, Dynamic Guesthouse is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from Exit 7 of Beomnaegol Subway Station (Busan Line 1) and a 10-minute walk from Exit 7 of Seomyeon Subway Station (Busan Line 1 and 2). Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property. The guesthouse is about a 15-minute drive to Busan City Hall and Busan Train Station. Gwanganri Beach is accessible with a 20-minute drive, while Gimhae International Airport and the popular Haeundae Beach are within a 28-minute drive away. Featuring modern décor, comfortable rooms are fitted with air conditioning, heating facility, a wardrobe and seating area. Rooms come with either a shared or private bathroom with shower facilities. beautiful view, always wanted to live in an apt so this was a great experience! breakfast is toast jam and eggs provided which was yummy and hypothetically there's a ps5 haha. we watched disney+ in our room. loooved ryan being all over the place hihi

The guesthouse is on the topfloors of a building. The location is quite nice. I could easily visit all places in Busan and walking to the subway is not far at all. The place is very spacious. If you want to meet people, there will always be some people to have a chat with.

“Great location and amazing view!!”
One of the nicest guesthouse I’ve stayed at! It is on the 36th floor of an apartment building so the view is spectacular, also the facilities are clean and surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was simple but nice. Location is great, very close to the station and bus stop. Walking distance to Seomyeon Station so lots of shops, restaurants and bars to explore.

This is honestly the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. I booked a female-only room, and the bathroom alone was incredible huge, spotless, and even had a bathtub. It was literally bigger than my room back home! The beds were okay (not the most comfortable, but fine), but the kitchen area completely blew me away. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Overall, an amazing stay. I would absolutely recommend this hostel to anyone.

Close to the bus and subway. Very clear instructions were provided before arriving. Incredible view of the city (especially at night). Comfy and very spacious bed in the dorm.
