Excellent value for money and fantastic location. Service was premium and the room was extremely clean and quiet! The staff were very courteous and professional. I also recommend using wowpass in Korea, they have a machine in the lobby so you can exchange your cash for selected currencies and charge your card. The location was very safe, convenient and near a lively food and market hub. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Exactly location. You can get the Busan Pass at the hotel. There is a Wowpass machine at the hotel, you can get the Wowpass and top up your Wowpass by your country currency, very convenience.

“Amazing staff, conveniently located, and comfortable.”
Great staff. They were always so welcoming and helpful. The location was very convenient and the hotel decor is lovely, especially the lobby area. Having a café was really good too. The room was comfortable and spacious.

“Overall it was a nice comfortable stay.”
Location is great, right opposite the Lotte mall and near Seomyeon station, about 15-20 minutes to Busan station. Around the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and shops. Hotel is comfortable, room with 2 beds is spacious enough to open 2 big luggage bags. Bathroom's have actual door and wall, unlike most hotels with glass wall and door. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much.

Elegant and clean. All modern facilities. Very good breakfast but the fruit was frozen. Bed comfortable.
