For the price, Daydreamer Apartments offers great value and location. It's an easy walk to the shops and facilities on Taylors Road. Service was fantastic. They are attached to Eldoo car rentals, which made the car rental really easy, including dropping the car off to us at the apartment. Included in the price, they automatically booked our airport pick-up and the introductory tour for the following morning. They went out of their way to help us; for example, even though we only had the car a few days of our stay, they arranged to transfer us back to the airport at the end of our stay at no extra cost. They were so friendly and helpful.

“Enjoyable stay on a picturesque island”

Apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy. Units 9- 12 have the best outlook. Building is dated but well maintained. Our hot water system was faulty and when we reported the problem, a plumber was sent the same day to repair it. Use of washing machine for free (with soap powder and pegs provided) was appreciated. Several cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Hire car was waiting for us on arrival which made transport very easy.

No breakfast as the unit is a self-catering unit with an excellent kitchen, with all facilities provided. The unit is in a very convenient location. It is only 2-3 minutes by car to the town centre The grounds are very well kept with an abundance of sub-tropical plants and trees The unit complex is very quiet and peaceful .

Like everything on Norfolk Island the apartments were a little dated, but this was made up for with the comfort of the unit. It was a nice sized unit with a large bedroom and bathroom. The lounges were very comfortable, the king bed was good. All the kitchen appliances were like new and as clean as new. The setting was beautiful with lovely gardens and landscaping. There were plenty of towels and pillows as well as more than enough coffee and tea available for us for a week. It was also in a good location as we could walk to the centre of town even though generally people drive everywhere.

Spacious airy rooms, well equipped kitchen and awesome BBQ area. Super large bed. Fan was a welcome addition. Great water pressure in the shower. Availability of books and DVDs in the guest lounge. Very quiet and beautiful grounds. Great supply of coffee, sugar and tea sachets. Very modern washing machines at no charge for guests to use with laundry sachets in the unit. Fantastic set up.
