What an amazing place and what delightful hosts Kerri-ann and Steven are. The whole experience was stress free, from the free airport transfer upon arrival, the freshly baked and still warm coconut cake waiting on the kitchen bench. The half day island tour, which was included and arranged for the next day, to being able to keep the (also included) rental car until our departure time, and 'just leave it at the airport with the keys in, we'll find it'. That just about summed up the whole, relaxed Norfolk experience. The accomodation was spacious, super clean and very comfy. All mod cons and everything you needed to make it a home from home. It was quiet and private ( if you don't count the numerous wild chooks wondering around!:) We really loved it and would absolutely stay there again.

Kerri-Ann and Steve met us on arrival and showed us to the apartment. The apartment was more than we expected, clean and comfortable. We all loved the cake Kerri-Ann left us in the apartment on arrival. We would highly recommend to our friends and family to stay at Channers if visiting Norfolk Island.

Kerri-Ann and Steve were exceptionally welcoming hosts. They were always happy to help with whatever we needed and were particularly caring and thoughtful when it came to my elderly mum. The apartment was clean and spacious with every imaginable amenity. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending Channers to others.

I would highly recommend Channers on Norfolk. The location was near the town, although basically everything is. Channers was also near a number of great restaurants, such as Hilli's and Bailey's. The set up was really comfortable, with there being everything you needed, and the hosts were truly lovely.

The Location was excellent as it was a short stroll into the centre of the village with access to clubs, cafes, restaurants and a variety of shops.

What a great decision we made to stay at Channers. The amenities were amazing, including getting the use of a car during our stay. Everything inside and outside was so very clean. We loved the extras, just too many to list, but will try to list a couple of standouts: the electric BBQ, the stunning outdoor area, the mobile phone connected to the islands phone service, and everything you could want in a home away from home. Steve and Kerri Ann were so welcoming, even providing us with some delicious coconut cake. The location was also fabulous, just a short walk from town, so we could eat out and walk home. Would definitely stay again when we return to beautiful Norfolk Island.

Steve and Kerri-Ann were exceptionally helpful, and provided us with snorkelling sets and beach chairs free of charge to use throughout our stay. Having a car included in the room rate was a real bonus, and Steve allowed us to just leave the car at the airport on our departure. The unit was very well appointed and having voice-activated Alexa took care of all our music needs effortlessly. The central location of Channers allows for an easy walk to several of the best restaurants, cafes and shops in Burnt Pine, and just a few minutes drive to the golf course. We really recommend Channers to visitors to beautiful Norfolk Island.

It was the perfect base for us and having a full kitchen was a real bonus. We used it a lot. Meals out are not cheap, even in the RSL and Bowlers Club and the quality is variable. There are good restaurants, but they are expensive, so having some meals at home was an obvious solution. The chickens were fun every morning and having the car as part of the accommodation was fantastic as you really do need one.

Kerrie and Steve have created a small paradise at Channers - for example, very comfortable, very well appointed kitchen, laundry, fresh towels mid-week but mostly we were made to feel so welcome - right down to a home baked welcome cake on arrival!
