I like the cleanness of the room ans facilities and the convenience that this location is close to everything you need, such as public transports and shopping mall. Would recommend to anyone seeking for comfy accommodation near public transportation system.

I like the location and the surrounding area, it's close to the metro system and shopping mall. Also some supermarkets and restaurants nearby so I don't have to worry about where to bring my family. Would definitely come back again for this convenient spot. Room facilities are new and clean, equipments are well-maintained and the beds are comfy. Staffs were all very friendly, they helped us stored our luggages for a few days when we were away to other cities. Small vending area at the lobby can save your night when you're hungry but don't want to go out.

“Fabulous”
Easy to find, friendly helpful staff. Explained where all the facilities were located. As I was only staying one night with early morning departure didn’t get to use any. Great location for the area. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

The room is clean, comfortable and high-end, with complete facilities, beautiful view, excellent location, convenient transportation and parking. Opposite is the Crystal market. The entire building is filled with fragrance, making people relax. Everything is good, I will choose here again next time.

“Great location and comfortable stay”
The location is excellent as it's near Metrotown, restaurants and the main streets. The gym is well-equipped and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable and the kitchenette provides the flexibility to make simple meals and/or warm up food.

The bathroom door. The space between the door and floor caused my partner's toe nail break and bleeding when he was trying to open door to get out of bathroom , he accidentally hit his toe by the door and the door swept over his toe nail and broke it.
