Quiet Neighborhood across from a school.

Bedroom was okay. Not much attention to details. Bed good enough to sleep in. Beddings clean.

It was a nice room with everything needed. An excellent location close to a metro station and a bus. Owner was super nice.

I had a great stay at this place. It’s very quiet and peaceful, which made my time there very comfortable. The apartment was clean and cozy, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. They also allowed me to check in earlier than planned, which was much appreciated. Thank you for the hospitality, and I highly recommend this place to other travelers!

The pictures and description online did NOT match the location. We didn’t actually end up staying here. It was very dirty, with cigarette butts all over the kitchen and outside. It smelled like smoke, we did not feel safe staying here. This home shouldn’t even be posted on booking.com

The room i stayed in was quiet and bright. The bed was comfortable. I liked the fact that the owner has made available the usage of laundry and cooking free. As some places laundry is charged with coin service. The owner was very polite and friendly. Location was close to Brentwood mall and sky train which was convenient for me.

The location is fantastic. Great bus connections to popular shopping areas and SFU Walkable to grocery stores, lots of restaurants and a pharmacy. Great view from my room with lots of natural light. Heating was comfortable level. The bed is comfortable. On-site laundry was a huge help. There is a nice outdoor space but the weather did not cooperate. The host was responsive and helpful.

Check-in went smoothly - very nice owner of the property. I was not expecting a refrigerator in the room but there it was - I was very happy about that. There were laundry facilities on-site.

The room.didnt match the description on the website. The kitchen has a funny smell. The bathroom shower was very tiny and the light bulbs were burned out. Lots of stairs going down to the back of the house with poor lighting. The basement was very cold. The host was not friendly and was always going outside for a smoke. I would not recommend this stay to anyone ... very disappointed!!
