A bit petty of me but the tv was confusing. But the staff helped me. 😁. On ground floor and the picnic tables were outside, other occupants were there for hours talking very loudly, no consideration of others, but staff sorted it once I called them.

I really appreciated the customer service. We arrived very early but were able to check without additional charges. On the day of checkout, we could check out a bit later so we could easily get to the airport. Thanks for making this possible! Rooms well maintained, clean and superbe A/C system. Comfortable beds!

“A simple, well-located hotel with clean rooms, but communication could be improved.”
Very convenient location for visiting relatives, close to our home in Brentwood where there aren’t many hotel options. Rooms were tidy and cleaned daily. Each room has an electric kettle, and there’s a free coffee machine at reception. It’s a simple hotel, but everything met our expectations.

Smooth check-in experience. Front desk helped with directions to the downtown, and on guest laundry usage. Unlimited coffee/tea at the lobby. Flowers, flowers everywhere. Junior suite was spacious and pretty. Very quiet. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Ducks!
