“Stay away don’t go”
Avoid this motel at all costs! They charged me a 100 CAD security deposit and have refused to refund it. When we checked out, they promised the money would be back in my account within 2–3 days. It has now been 10 days and I have received nothing. This is clearly a theft. I have tried every way to resolve this: • Booking.com: The motel ignores all messages sent through the platform. • Phone calls: I managed to reach the manager, but as soon as I mentioned the refund, she hung up on me. • Follow-up: They have been completely ghosting my calls and messages for the last 48 hours. DO NOT make the same mistake I did: Never pay anything outside of the Booking.com platform and do not trust their promises regarding deposits. This place is dishonest and unprofessional. Stay away!
