“We didn't stay.”
We booked online ,requesting a pet friendly room. We got a reply back ,confirming that we would have a pet friendly room. We drove 6 hrs to arrive there for a funeral the following morning, so we were exhausted.

“Said they give military discount but was not honored”
Reserved a room for four night to attend my brothers funeral/celebration of life. Asked for later check in as I would be driving 14 hours. Asked the guy at check if you honor American military with a discount. He said yes but as he typed something in the computer he said "Sorry, you booked online" I said there wasn't anywhere for the discount online. If I hadn't been so tired for the drive and knew another place I would have left. The stress of things that weekend were bad so I stay all 4 nights. I spent 21 years in the US Army and don't for or expect much, but when you said you do give discounts and then says No sorry. Very disappoint.

“I had a quiet, peaceful stay. I will stay there again!!”
Everything was great! Clean bright white sheets and pillow cases, very clean room and the breakfast was excellent! The ladies who checked me in were top notch as well. After talking with them I knew I made the right hotel choice!! Best bang for the buck in the city!!
