The location was excellent for proximity to Valencia Metro transport facility (2 min walk) about 20 min into centre,also an excellent supermarket (Supermercadona). Get Tourist travel card for varying lengths of time, cheap hop on/off areaA/B, get map from Tourist info at airport. We forgot, then The owner was very welcoming.Plenty of hotwater, 1 en suite plus an additioinal bathroom.Great lift to floor 7. The property was newly decorated and was very spacious, but tiled etc in 70's . Excellent value for money. It is in the suburbs of Valencia so expect lively city noise which quietens later. Take ear plugs!
