Sacred Trails homestay is a strongly suggested homestay in Budhanilkantha, located on a hill is just 10 minutes taxi from everywhere, the staff is the kindest ever, the owner Mr Giri is ALWAYS helpful and provide all your needs. Tidy, clean and big rooms. Great breakfast included in the price. Everything is absolutely perfect and also great price. 10/10

This place has it all—stunning views, a convenient location, and affordable room prices. I had a great sleep, enjoyed one of the best showers in Kathmandu, and loved the fast internet. The property is also the best hangout spot to relax and enjoy a Gorkha beer. Hari’s Nepali Thali was a highlight—absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely come again and recommend it to my friends.

Me and my friend stayed at Sacred Trails for a few days in April 2024. The impressions are very positive. The host Hari Chandra and his family are very hospitable and helpful. All rooms are clean, nice and well equipped. One can feel that everything has been done with love. Wonderful location on the outskirts of Kathmandu, picturesque views of the city, gorgeous sunrises, clean air. Highly recommended!

My stay at this homestay was delightful! Situated atop the hills, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The serene, pollution-free, and quiet environment was perfect for relaxation and work. Nabin, the host, was accommodating. He even helped me organize transportation to explore nearby attractions. Budhanilkantha has many beautiful places to visit, and Nabin made it easy for me to get around. His Nepali cooking was delicious, and the Gorkha beer was a great addition. The homestay itself was impeccable, with everything being new and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the hot shower and fast WiFi. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will be returning. Highly recommend!

“Forest Views, Nepali Dal Bhat for Dinner, and Modern Comforts: A Paradise Found”

Breathtaking views! Room overlooks forest, perfect for hikes. Temples nearby for peace. Supermarket & restaurants a hop away. But the star? Nabin's family! They cooked the BEST Nepali food (seriously, best Nepali Dal Bhat ever!), and the wifi was super fast. Hot showers too - perfect after exploring. A gem!

Their warm reception and hospitality were great! The room and other facilities create a family environment. The complimentary breakfast offers several variations of traditional and international flavors. Additionally, there's satisfaction with the vehicle service, guided tours, best hot showers, and fast WiFi. The property is new, so I feel relaxed. The best view at night, hiking spots, popular restaurants, as well as the Giri family's superb service, especially their delicious Dal Bhat and cooking classes, stand out. The quality of the beds is superb. I will definitely come again and recommend it to my friends.

“Sacred Trails: A Wonderful Stay in Kathmandu”

Sacred Trails is one of the best B&Bs in Kathmandu. The staff was very kind and helpful; they helped me to book a sightseeing tour. I left my purse in the room, and their staff called me to pick it up; it was safe there. The rooms were so nice and clean, and the wifi worked super fast. I loved their breakfast, and we could see a nice view from our room and the rooftop as well. I forgot to mention one thing: their hot shower is super amazing, and I just love it. I will choose this place for my upcoming visit.
