“A comfortable and lovely stay in Pension Santiago in Burgos.”
The host was helpful and accommodating. They can be reached by calling the phone number provided on booking.com site. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel is secure, comfortable and clean. Will stay again when in Burgos.

Staff didn't want to even try to understand me , unfortunately I don't have Spanish so they just didn't want to know! Had to collect key from nearby cafe & then gave me 3 keys & a fob to get to my room. Fob for entrance, key for 1st floor, another key for bedroom & another for shared bathroom. Toi much hassle. It's also about 2 kms from cathedral, cit centre.

I reserved a twin bedroom, but they provided a single room. My wife and I were very uncomfortable because the bed was too small. I don't understand what the problem was.
