Location was excellent, The room was nice and spacious, with twin beds, and for just one night it was perfectly fine for our stay. Parking was quite tight, but manageable, so not a big issue. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.

“Nice and warm stay in Burgos.”
Location was excellent, right in the center of Burgos, like 5 min away from the cathedral. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities turned out to be modern and room was neat.

“Gem.in the heart of Burgos”
We were allowed to park the car in the parking before check in time. We were put in a room that hadn't been cleaned properly. We were immediately put into another room, which felt like an upgrade, and alot of apologies
