Excellent place, very surprising! For a student residence, it's amazing! A real 4* hotel, with everything - almost non stop reception, big, nice rooms, with fridge and TV. Large bathrooms too. Good curtains to block the sun. Big desks so you can also work. Cafeteria/restaurant, laundry room, board games, gym - everything! Plus, the location, which is perfect, close to everything. The reception staff is very friendly and supportive, the manager is very hands on and a great lady! The only regret is that it is open for tourists only in the summer.

“Perfect location and great value”
Great value. Very close to the the bus station and the tourist sites like the arco. It’s a student residence but the room feels like a hotel. Very very clean and well maintained. Note that they don’t provide soap or shampoo which is fine with me because I carry my own. The lady at the reception was very pleasant.

“Room was big, but it was not clean”
We arrived very very late and the lady was super helpful, they have reception 24/7 I guess. The room was spacious and newly decorated. The AC worked great.
