Quiet location and very friendly and helpful staff. It is convenient to bus transport to train and bus stations. It is not in the old town but it is only 10-15 mins walk to the Cathedral and other places of attraction in the old town and riverside. The room is nicely decorated. There are nice cafes for coffee and pastry and supermarkets nearby.

Comfortable room and good breakfast. Secure garage parking available.

It had a lift and a bath which was perfect after a 38km walk. It also had a fridge which was great for our groceries.

The staff were extremely helpful & amiable, but checking in on evening of 29April and checking out on morning of 30 April.with special mention to Nora & colleague on the morning , checking out, when I asked if they could print off my air crit emissions car sticker needed to display for driving through France , they happily obliged and cut the Notice down to size , it was a real relief a, as I had ordered and paid for on line on March 21st …but it had never been received in the post even though ordered on March 21st!. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms clean , with piping hot water and choice of towels. And fridge . An oldy wordle hotel in the centre of Burgos. A very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was a good location, about 10 minutes walk from the old town. We left our car right outside the hotel and were able to unload our luggage. The helpful man on Reception gave us a fob and directions to access the underground car park close to the hotel. It was great to have parking, albeit for an additional charge, the car park is quite tight to manoevre in and there are 3 flights of stairs to get back up to street level. The hotel itself has traditional decor with wood floors, which we liked. The bed was comfortable. We also really appreciated the easily adjustable heating in the room as Burgos was freezing when we visited! We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment about the breakfast.

The hotel was centrally located. The room was comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was adequate too, staff friendly and helpful.
