I like hotels , but you know the 4star category is not like that Because so many thinks are missing This 4star no minibar, no tea cafe kettle Room was very old pattern...some place walls and papers drawn So not upto the mark...rest staff behavior woh very very good

“Excellent location and service”
Excellent city centre location and with very useful parking. Staff on reception were really helpful and made our check in and welcome super easy after a long day driving. Great room and very comfortable bed. Great with our dog and even had a lovely dog welcome bag....very thoughtful. Definitely one for us to stay at again.

“Avoid this hotel at all costs, the rooms are truly awful.”
The reception area gave the impression of a nice hotel, with chandelier lights and bi ho chic furniture, but this did not reflect the true state of the hotel rooms which were terribly dated and not fit for purpose. The staff were as helpful as they could be, but had little to offer in such dire accommodation.

“Value dog friendly stay”
Great location just off the motorway and close to a huge park that was good for dog walking. Plenty of neighbourhood bars and restaurants. Lovely reception staff. Beth was particularly helpful with good English and my room requirements. Big room with a great shower and a full sized bath. Nice touch was a gift bag for the dogs. Secure underground parking is available but free street parking is not hard to find. Good breakfast and free tea and coffee all day and night.

“We just stayed overnight.it was close to the airport ports, and shopping malls”
It was close to the airport, rooms were spacious enough and clean. The bathroom was a great layout, the rooms were got were clean, spacious and quiet. I liked that they offered an early breakfast from 4:45am as most people that started there had early morning flights. There is also a free shuttle service to and from the airport. There was also free parking.

The room was in desperate need of refurbishment. The shower head was filthy, and the blind was held together with a cable tie. In reception, there were buckets collecting water—presumably from a leaking or broken air conditioning system.
