The management team were rude and short with us. They also did not respond to our calls and messages so we couldn't check in at night. Totally unreliable if you want a place to lodge. They left us stranded in the streets. When we eventually went back the following morning, they were uncooperative, rude, and short with us. Do not book there if you want any service at all. Save your money!

“No care”
Hardly slept because of a toilet leak that stank in the room. Aircon made it somewhat tolerable but not enough. The place wasn't clean either, I found dirty and used cutlery, a visible bood stain on bedding. Room wasn't ready despite booking comfirmation. Bed not too comfortable, spring mattress.

Bedding was very dirty, rooms had spider worms. Paintings on the wall kept falling. Upon our arrival we found food in the microwave and you could tell that it has been there for few weeks

Despite advertising Coffee Machines in room— none was in my room. Pillows needs to be changed immediately—- hard as a rock . Used the towel as a makeshift pillow. No generators which was Not disclosed on advert. Bin was not emptied. It’s also not stated that the Guest House is located on an untarred road ( 1.5km) with sharp protruding rocks. Otherwise it’s recommended for a one night stay for business travellers.
