Overall hotel service and staff were the best. I had an issue in the bathroom where the hot water facility was not working. Upon request the staff immediately changed my room.

Fantastic bed and very big room. I was also very happy to see the jetstream bath. When I arrived I got coffee and dates, that was fantastic!

The room was spacious, breakfast was good, and support from Mohammed Abdulrahman was exceptional. I had a problem with my room, and he immediately changed my room to a bigger room.
