Its not a hotel but serviced apartments with long delay or missing services like housekeeping, luggage , etc Possibly Shortage of staff Rooms clean and new Bathrooms are cabin size !

I like the staff behaviour and professionalism in their work. Ms. Reem in the reception was very helpful and fast to check out and in. Also Mr. Saleh was very kind. It is the best place to live in Al Gassim.
