Overview
Only 10 minutes’ walk from the 15th-century Bunratty Castle, this family-run B&B offers en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi and views of the surrounding garden and countryside. Shannon Airport is a 15-minute drive away. The spacious interior is tastefully decorated with a relaxing blend of modern and antique furnishings. It also boasts an interesting collection of original Irish and international paintings, prints and antique maps. The bright rooms at Dunaree Bed and Breakfast are non-smoking and feature a seating area with a TV. Each has a wardrobe and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some rooms boast views of Cratloe Hills. There is a fishing lake within 3 miles of Dunaree B&B. Limerick can be reached with a 15-minute drive.

“Warm welcome, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast.”
Everything. We stayed here before in 2024 and were determined to return on this, our next visit to Ireland. We received a very warm welcome and felt immediately at home. We only stayed one night but intend to stay longer next time. The bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to get up the next morning and had had the best night's sleep for a long time. Breakfast was great as well.

Location first, beautiful house, grounds, few minutes from Bunratty Castle. Second, the welcome, made to feel at home straight away, rooms are extremely clean, warm, welcoming and spacious. Third, great breakfast to set you up for the day, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, juice, milk, tea, coffee, cooked breakfast, toast, pastries with a "can I get you any more". Cant fault it, would absolutely recommend and stay again. Thankyou.

Breakfast was a highlight of the stay—the cooked options were delicious, and the homemade bread and scones were truly incredible. The room was spotless, and the peaceful surroundings made for a very relaxing atmosphere.
