Fantastic location short walk to Castle, folk park, bars and restaurants. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. 3 en-suite bedrooms. Lovely private outside garden.

The decor is contemporary and comfortable. Everything you need is there. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had an ensuite- such a luxury. We could walk to restaurants and pubs for great meals. The castle gardens were a great place to walk. We recommend this home- you will feel like princesses.

Location was great, walking distance to Durty Nellie's and several food options. Castle and shops all walking distance, too. There were 3 of us and 3 double bedrooms with en-suites, all of equally good standard, so no 'best/worse' room discussion. The kitchen looked well equipped, although we didn't cook there looked to be everything you'd need if self catering, even a slimline dishwasher. The whole house was spotless, and bed linens and towels were good quality and comfortable.

The property suited our family of 6 perfectly. The house was well appointed with regard to decor and functionality. A few steps above your typical Irish holiday home! Holiday decor was a wonderful, unexpected touch.

Breakfast not included but that is okay. It was self catering and plenty of places around for breakfast. Host gave code for key lock box and it was very easy to use. The house is beautiful, very well decorated, beautiful furniture and everything you could possibly need in a holiday home, It was quite obvious that this host takes pride in the home. Beds were fab, bedding and towels were immaculate. The house itself was extremely clean. There was a support person on site if we needed anything. While there was facilities such as oven, washing machine etc, we had not used them,. The area is on doorstep of Bunratty Castle and folk Park which is a place that's very well worth visiting, and beautiful restaurants/bars. JP Cl;arks, is well worth a visit as is the Creamery and Durty nellies. It's hours drive to Galway and Hours drive to Doolan Cliffs of Moher, and both are well worth a visit. Great area for exploring that side of the country.

Good location,bus stop nearby.Good choice of restaurants and pubs nearby. House was lovely, everything we needed and big garden with furniture to sit out. Beds very comfortable, en suite bathroom in each bedroom. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of storage space in each bedroom. Castle within walking distance and an excellent day out.We were also able to gain access to the house at 9 am on the morning we arrived as our flight was changed from lunchtime to early morning.

For this property 10 evaluation grade is not enough.Great decoration and attention to details Makes you feel like "home"".The house is situated in bunratty village ,close to Limerick town , with frequent public transportation between.Bunratty villlage is picturesque and peaceful.On the other hand there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars to visit.We wish we had more days to enjoy our stay to Bunratty Castle Gardens and Bunratty vilage.

Beautifully decorated comfortable property & immaculately clean. Location was perfect for us. Walking distance to Bunratty Castle, Blarney Woolen Mills and Durty Nellys. It was a great base to explore further afield in Clare & handy to Limerick too.

Gorgeous! Manager was so helpful - the heating wasn’t working but he supplied us with a number of heaters so we were never cold!
