“Had a wonderful stay at Haveli Taragarh Palace and can highly recommend it!”

The room was super clean, the bed very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure with hot water available quickly — something not to take for granted while traveling. The hotel is quiet despite being right in the heart of Bundi, just a short walk from the road and close to all major attractions. A special thank you to Michael, who made the stay exceptional. He provided delicious warm food every day, shared great cultural insights, gave fantastic local tips, and helped me a lot with my onward travel plans. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Bundi!

The best hotel we have been in India. Michael the manger of the hotel is a wonderful person.he was for us in anything. Hosted us in his house.took us to see the city and helped us in anything we needed.ill sure return to his hotel. Thank you Michael ❤️

Amazing manager

The hotel is located right in the centre of old town, very close to the palace. And just 15minutes' walk from the Bus Stand. From its roof top restaurant there is a beautiful view of the palace. At the same time, it is situated in a side lane, so there is no noise and you can sleep peacefully. The room I stayed in was small but pleasant, with a small table and an armchair to put your belongings on. In the bathroom there was a well-functioning heater. The towel was really clean. The bed linen (regretfully not cotton) was also clean. And you can get a hairdryer. Michael the manager is a very kind and gentle person willing to fulfill all wishes of his guests. Highly recommended place in Bundi!

The location was very good, close to the palace and fort, as was expected. The room was small but airy. The manager acted as cook for breakfast in absence of appropriate staff.

Michael was really nice and helpful. We could get an ayurvedic massage at the hotel and the location was great with an amazing view of the fort from the terrace. We also got to feed monkeys in the morning. The breakfast was nice as well.

The food is really good,and location is in centre. Everything is near from there.

Friendly staff, well located, clean room

I had the best time here . The guest house is really clean and confortable , in a quiet and calm street . Really close to everything and amazing view on the fort from the roof top. Mickael , the manager , is so kind , he takes really good care of the guest and is really helpful . He knows a lot of beautiful places to take you to . Recommend this place !!

An excellent address, undoubtedly the best I’ve had in India. The owner, the manager, Michael, is truly attentive. He gives plenty of advice and is ready to help with any request. Furthermore, the hotel’s value for money is really very good. The price is quite reasonable, and the rooms are comfortable. I was supposed to stay one night. Feeling very comfortable, I ended up staying three nights.

We arrived at Taragarh Palace as a family of 4 including two young children. We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable and had two bathrooms, so it was handy to divide one for the toilet and the other for showers. It was situated very near to the fort and at the start of the bazaar and near some great places to eat. Couldn't have been a more central location. Michael is the legend we expected after reading the reviews here. He was easy to interact with and gave us some great tips and advice. He was genuine and respectful with our two children and they appreciated his gentle efforts to engage with them. We had a few meals there, all very good and catered to our children's tastes. As an indo Irish family we found the honesty and space we received at this stay allowed us the right balance of family time with support when we needed it. It is the real deal. And it was a joy to meet some of Michael's family.

Great location close to the fort and good restaurants. Quiet surrounding. Always hot shower. Clean. Very nice rooftop view.
