“Super hideaway with great amenities.”

A lovely, cosy and comfortable cottage that was just perfect for an over night stay with my 3 grandchildren. Very homely environment and easily found...once you know about the lane between the church and the graveyard. Great tip from the owner! The children loved the projector and the little touches such as the hot chocolate and marshmallows. Fabulous accommodation; clean, warm and comfortable.

The check in from when we arrived was so handy, then walking in to such a warm cosy cottage that had a beautiful set up with a homely feel in each room. Beds were comfortable, great facilities all set up for everyone to enjoy and the kids loved the board games. Great location! Only 20 minutes drive from Wild Ireland. We'll be back and would recommend!

Red Gate Cottage is a little gem with a true Donegal vibe. The house is small and very charming, with a warm, homely feel in every room. We loved waking up to the beautiful views and having farm animals right outside — it really added to the experience and made our stay feel far removed from the rush of city life. The setup of the cottage is thoughtful and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and feel at home straight away. A peaceful and memorable spot to enjoy the best of the countryside, yet having all the amenities in close proximity. Great choice if planning on visiting Malin head and surroundings.

Everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Extra towels, kitchen well equipped, views out the back were amazing.

Comfortable cottage in good location which suited our needs perfectly. Good mattresses. Plenty of towels. Well equipped kitchen. Good electric shower. Nice to have a washing machine available and somewhere to hang washing.
