“Exactly what you need it to be in Buncrana :)”

Wonderful large house for a large family or two, or group of friends. Exceptionally clean and spacious. Suited our purpose perfectly while staying in Buncrana while there for a wedding with a large group. Short walk along the coast, to the bridge, into the town so you don't have to drive, or taxi about etc. All in all, hard to fault it. Does what it says on the tin.

“Property beautiful but view obscured and too much workmen about for house in front”

Was disappointed the view was obscured by a new house built in front of property and I only booked it for the view and location. Also one of the days was completely spoiled by a digger sorting out garden in the house in front the one day we were at house all day. The lock box was very hard to see the numbers especially at night and took ages to get into property and I asked for a couple of extra keys which was refused so some people spent about half a hour trying to get into the property

“Comfortable modern family accommodation with 5/6 bedrooms”

This was a spacious house and a good extended family holiday location. It was very near to facilities but also only 5 minutes from the Lough Swilly coastal walks. Bathrooms and rooms were a good size. It was clean, beds were very comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive; when we said we were short of particular things they supplied them the same day. They also sent someone to deal with a minor problem in one of the bathrooms despite our reassurances that it could wait. So really everything that we might think of as a limitation the hosts responded immediately to put things right - 10/10 for responsiveness. The house is new and newly furnished. Decor is minimal - perhaps adding a coffee table in the lounge would have made us more likely to use that room. The sofas are v comfortable and there are a number of leather recliners that are v relaxing. Our hosts provided two high chairs and two travel cots which was very helpful- we used the large dressing room off the master bedroom for our 2 year old granddaughter (nicely furnished and with opening windows for ventilation with blackout blinds so ideal - made it a six bed space. There is a terrace garden with an artificial lawn which although not to a gardener’s taste made a very safe place for little ones to play. There’s also a large storage unit in the garden which was ideal for storing our mountain bikes. Plenty of parking for at least 5 vehicles

Such a spacious & clean property. It had all the facilities needed for a family stay! There is a sea & Mountain View. The garden space is perfect for dogs. Secure property with a gated driveway.
