Modern, confortable and perfectly located close to Mostar old town and the Dervish House in Blagaj. A great table, we enjoyed very much dinners by the Buna river.

Hotel Buna is one of the most beautiful hotels we have been to. This is the fourth time we have been here and we are always happy to come back. The reason is the friendly staff, cleanliness, delicious food, nature and pleasant ambience.

“Service Personal is disrespectful”

The service Personal was very unfriendly! Especially the waiter, who served in the garden on Monday evening/night (12.8.) - he was not only not friendly, his behavior and communication was disrespectful and chauvinistic!!! Also the receptionist, as we rang the bell at the reception several times, he came along roughly to tell as: I heard you!!! We did not feel comfortable around the those men.

Location was perfect. Our room had balconies overlooking the river, bridge and the church. Staff was very kind. We had dinner at the hotel and were very satisfied.

Excellent hotel. Great service. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices. The people in the reception were very helpful. The location is absolutely stunning! I would recommend it to my friends, and will definitely stay again!

The staff in the hotel as well as the restaurant was incredibly nice, polite and professional. 10/10 points for the service! The room was nicely kept, good maintenance of the interior, especially the shower. The view on the river was amazing. The coffee on the breakfast buffet makes also a very positive difference to other hotels, since it is a high-quality coffee served from the kitchen and not one of those typical industrial all-in-one coffee machines.
