The stay was great. The place is very clean, very nice, and well maintained, with an ample garden area to enjoy. It is also very close to amenities, which made everything very convenient, and Rhys is an amazing host who made us feel very welcome.

Everything. Down to earth owners. Always a peaceful place to stay. Plenty of parking, close to town. Have stayed many times, definitely my go to place everytime. Highly recommend.

“Great place for my stopover driving up the north island”
Rhys was awesome to deal with, he was fast to respond and flexible when our drive to the property was delayed. The bathroom was clean and the sitting area lovely with tea and coffee and microwave facilities. The outdoor area looked lovely with many seating options.

“Perfect in every way accommodation”
The environment was relaxing with a beautiful big garden and lovely large old house., with easy access to bring in cases etc. Wifi worked perfectly . The host Rhys was very friendly , helpful and reachable. We found the other guests friendly. Will definitely return next time we need accommodation in Bulls.

“Little Gem in Bulls”
Arrived to a very warm welcome from host Rhys. Got the tour of the place and a run down of what the local area has to offer. The place was very cosy, homely, comfortable and welcoming, and it smell so good. Very clean, and nature is just outside your window. Bed was very comfy, had a really good sleep. The shower is amazing, wide and heaps of room to move around in, everything you need is provided. Will definitely stay here again, excellent place and worth every penny. Highly recommend it.
