“The place was clean, it felt safe & my privacy was respected”
The place was always clean; the toiletries, the coffee, the tea bags and sugar were replenished everyday Staff were friendly, approachable and helpful I felt safe within the building The location of the hotel at the centre of the city and, with the shops within reach was a an excellent bonus

“The hotel in a great location, staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are big,clean& tidy.”
The toilet seat is positioned close to the wall, some people are unable to seat on it properly. If this is sorted ,the room will be perfect.
