Cost is low but condition is good. Room very clean and new, important is not smelly, many hotel with this price is old condition and smelly. Reception wearing formal and professional. Shower pressure is high, all room facility is well. Booking room with breakfast is cheaper than you eat at outside. Breakfast have 6 sets of choices and environment is nice.

“A no-receptionist hotel is better than this hotel with a not-functioning hotel "receptionist"!”
The Malay lady at the counter was rude and unfriendly. She asked me to show her the "evidence" of my booking instead of looking at her computer for my booking although I have showed her my identity card. Her job is mainly pass me the key and nothing else. No smile, no "thank you", not willing to provide any kind of "service", insisted that it should be me, instead of her, the one who search for a booking evidence. I never meet any one like this at a hotel counter. And I think a self-service hotel counter is better than having a "receptionist" like this. At least I do not need to show the hotel kiosk system my evidence of booking from the booking.com.

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable beds. Multi-choice shower settings which leaves your re-energised after spending a busy day.
