Very nice, cozy n homey for family of 4...I booked for 1 night but changed mind to continue our stay for another 2 nights... The free coffee was so well brewed n very good compared to few famous coffee shop... 😁

Lovely property, very clean, felt like a new apartment, views are amazing, has separate lounge and bedroom, kitchen area, has everything you need. Swimming pool is beautiful looking over the city.

Nice location. There’s a lot shops and cafe nearby. The room is so spacious and clean and smell so good. The facilities is so excellent including the parking. Definitely will repeat again because worth the money and i like two bedrooms in one unit for my family .

I really enjoyed staying at Citadines Prai Penang. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious, modern, and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and well-equipped with plenty of soap and shampoo. I would also like to compliment the excellent management and friendly staff. They kindly allowed us to check out at 2 PM without any extra charges because I needed to wait for my son, who was visiting his friend and could not return to the hotel by 12 PM. In addition, my son accidentally broke the sink handle, but the hotel management handled the situation very professionally and did not charge us. We truly appreciated their kindness and understanding.

Why do customers still have to scan and go to the hotel website to key in their details? As I am a Malaysian and have provided the identification card, it should be sufficient; this applies to foreigners with passports too. Is the hotel cutting staff and asking the customer to do it themselves? The hotel can call it whatever they want to, like 'safe water' or 'no-touch IT verification'. It is just a gimmick to cut costs. If the hotel continues to do this, it might as well turn your hotel into a budget hotel.

The location near to highway exit.a lot of shops nearby. Easy to locate & free parking & easy access even if you bring kids. The apt room is spacious and no funny smell. The facilities are good, functioning fridge, washing machine with dryer & microwave. The washroom at the pool have hot water, a plus point for the kids to wash up before going back to the room.
