The owner of the place had zero common sense. Upon purchasing via Booking, he should have sent me the details for the check-in since it is a self-check-in place. Upon reaching there, I checked my email & WhatsApp, but there wasn't any text from him giving the details. Tried finding his contact number and called, it was unable to reach. Called Booking.com customer service and yet they were not able to reach him. For about 30-50 minutes I was stranded outside of the accommodation. I decided to WhatsApp him he then only responded. Guess what? He gave credentials to the wrong property instead of the one I purchased. What pissed me off so much was that there wasn't any sorry or apology from the owner. I can understand human mistakes as we all are humans, but I CANNOT tolerate arrogance, ignorance, and rude individuals. A sincere apology could have eased me but since he had lack of common sense, it is totally unacceptable.

The toilet smell really cannot tahan , make the whole room so smelly . Wish can improve . Because always my first choice when i go that area . Not only room 205 , stay before 204 oso dis problem

“A very comfortable stay”
On my first day, a Malay gentleman man asked his colleague to help me with my luggage up the stairs. My first impression. This place is very clean and comfortable. Fabulous housekeeping team. You can ask for daily housekeeping. Safe for female solo traveler, double lock. There was even a hair dryer, dressing table and several clothes hanger in the room. There is a supermarket and many eateries within walking distance. Cleanliness is very important for me and this place definitely met my needs.Mr Vincent, the owner replied to all questions asked promptyly and was very helpful throughout my stay. Will come back. Very easy accesible to places via Grab.

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom, and the power switch in room 204 seemed to have problem with it constantly going off then on by itself at night.
