“Not recommended”
Poor maintenance, only 2 towels were provided for 4 pax. Sharing toilet and it was dirty. It's above shop lot, not suitable for those bringing family. Must pay upfront deposit RM 150 to get keys.

We kindly request a refund. When we arrived at the hotel, it was fully booked, and we were forced to stay at another hotel. This was a terrible experience, especially as it’s the second time we’ve faced such an issue.

“I didn’t manage to stay as the place wasn’t ready”
It’s a horrible experience, I arrived at 5 pm with my wife and daughter and I had Ito attend a gathering nearby after checking in. I couldn’t even check in as the place was locked. I had to search for contact number of the operator of so called Alma Sweet Home at a hair salon next to the premises. The men I(2) I spoke to over the phone denied I had made any bookings as they had not been informed neither have they received payment. I had to look for another place at E Red hotel to get my shelter overnight. I am protesting and need my refund ASAP. Failing which I will lodge a report to the authority and Social Media.
