It's a nice place in the city center. The old building's architecture and sturdy walls keep the rooms cool in the summer, which is a plus. There's also a well-functioning air conditioning system. The family's history is interesting. The hosts are very friendly and warm-hearted.

“Worst guesthouse ever”

Despite that most of the listing was not true and the issues with privacy and cleanliness there were some positives: the bed was clean, the young lady was speaking English.

Perfect location to explore Bukhara. Very kind and arranging host. He does not speak English but will make everything to accomodate your stay. The room is convenient and comfortable.

The property is in a awesome location very close to many attractions! The family who runs the accomodation is very lovely and try their best to be helpful (despite not speaking any English - which is why we have Google translate!!). Would definitely recommend for travellers on a budget.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed not just as a guest, but as a friend. The hosts are incredibly kind and sincere — their warmth made my stay unforgettable. The room was spotless and cozy, with everything I needed for a perfect rest. I slept so peacefully — it was quiet, calm, and filled with a feeling of comfort you can’t always find when traveling. The shower was modern and sparkling clean — just what you need after a long day exploring. But what amazed me most was the 19th-century Antique Hall. It’s more than a room — it’s a journey through time. The beautifully preserved antiques and the unique atmosphere made me feel like I was walking through a living museum. If you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep if you want peace, history, and true hospitality this is the place for you. I will definitely come back.

A very kind family runs this small guesthouse right in the heart of Bukhara. I was very comfortable staying with them, and enjoyed my time.

Very friendly people!! :). Location is also good; about 10 minutes walking from the city center. It's not really a "boutique hotel", more a local experience, but that made my stay more valuable.

The wifi was fast. The host was very friendly. The price was fair. And if you come here for "local experience", I would recommend this place. It is not an ordinary hostel, instead it's a family host. By staying here you can have a glance of how the locals here live, what they eat and what they do in their days.

“An authentic experience”

More than a hotel it is a family house. The daughter speaks a bit of english and she's very welcoming. She makes the place shine. If you like playing chess, you need to come and stay at Zuxritdin. It's an authentic experience. Located in the center of the town, you can walk to everywhere easily. Come and meet this family!

This is not a regular hotel experience as it is a family guesthouse but in my eyes better. The room and facilities were well maintained and air conditioning was great to have for the price, the daughter of the owners had a level of english you won't get in a lot of hotels in Uzbekistan and the location was excellent in that you were more or less smack bang in the centre of old town but the real stand out part was the hospitality I received - including but not limited to being invited to share dinner with the family, having breakfast made each morning for me and when they realised I didn't like an aspect of the breakfast they changed it for me and on my last day when I had to leave at 4am to get a train the owner and his daughter woke up to make sure my registration was complete and that I was awake, in addition to all of this they just made me feel incredibly welcome and they were so kind really cannot highlight this enough. I would seriously recommend to anyone who is happy with a less traditional hotel experience as here you get to experience an actual Uzbek home and the hospitality that comes with that. If I come back to Bukhara I will 100% stay here again it was really a standout part of my trip
