Location is great. Value ti money is great. Hospitality is amazing. Tip: I'm professional traveler. Don't expect 5 stars hotel treatment. However, they are doing great in a value to money. You will have Air conditioner, excellent breakfast and welcome treatment

This place was truly the highlight of my trip to Uzbekistan. The hotel itself is absolutely exceptional, it’s a beautifully restored family home, full of history and character. You can really feel the soul of Bukhara in every detail, from the traditional decoration to the unique atmosphere that transports you back in time. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. One of my favorite parts was the balcony, offering a stunning view of the Ark, simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise or sunset. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality. The host goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Every morning, a fresh breakfast is lovingly prepared, generous, delicious, and made with care. It felt more like being welcomed into a family than staying at a hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re visiting Bukhara, this is an absolute must-stay.

This is a great place to stay with a lovely family in an old house with courtyard in excellent condition. The rooms are very nice and beds comfortable. The location is great, walking distance from everything.

“Excellent stay in Bukhara”

This was my favourite accomodation during my whole trip in Uzbekistan. The bed was really comfy, big room, big bathroom and a balcony. The breakfast is huge so I was full for the whole day. Owners are extremely nice and friendly, and one speaks excellent English. Location is great, you can reach all historic sites on foot. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Nurkat, his brother and the whole family were brilliant hosts - extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel at home. Beautiful courtyard guesthouse right in the centre of Bukhara, next to many of the tourist attractions but also quiet enough to be peaceful. Breakfast was great 😄
