Excellent breakfast, fantastic location.

“Perfect!”

Perfect! Location very good just a street away from the main square. Very beautiful room, super clean, with space and comfy. As our room just overlooked the courtyard I was affraid it was a bit noisy but in the end it was ok and not an issue. The breakfast was good. Very kind staff. Cash payment. Would come back again! Quick note: we arrived by night and had little issue to find the way as there was no light and the little street was dark. Someone in the comments explained clearly. But basically just need to take this 'dark street'. By day it is ok because there are lots of boards indicating the way.

Have to say this was an amazing experience the lady who runs the guest house was warm and welcoming. The place has a real home riyad style vibe to eat. The breakfast was basic but adequate for what you pay and the location is 2 mins away from the city walls. No complaints

The location is excellent, and despite being a few minutes' walk from the centre of Bukhara, the hotel is very quiet. The family managing the property is just so friendly and available to accommodate guests' requests, such as early check-in or leaving the suitcases to explore the city. An amazing breakfast with fresh and local products can be enjoyed in the hotel's patio while listening to the chirp of birds.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel Our stay was lovely , hotel is located 2 min away from Labi Hovuz , in the heart of the historical centre. It is a family owned hotel, built in the traditional style , hosts are very friendly and helpful. Best homemade breakfasts

“Great stay”

So much better than a standard hotel. This hotel is in a beautiful old building. Our room was very large, comfortable and every wall was hand painted. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast we had travelling through Central Asia and beautifully presented. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Everything was very well managed, and you can really tell it’s run by a family who genuinely cares about their guests. They were extremely kind, polite, and always attentive — even offering me water whenever I needed it, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was really good, with a nice variety and great quality. The room was excellent — extremely clean, very spacious, and offered great value for the price. I also really liked the decoration; it had a lovely style and made the stay feel even more comfortable. The location is another big plus. It’s very central, and within just a few minutes’ walk you’re right in the main center, which makes it super convenient for exploring. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would happily come back again.

Very nice caravanserai-style hotel. The room we stayed in had a beautiful traditional Uzbek design. The hotel provides a delicious homemade breakfast that we enjoyed a lot!! This place has a lovely vibe. The owner was very helpful and friendly
