“Arty comfortable affordable friendly place close to the centre”

Great arty place… family of a well known Uzbek photographer who sadly died a few years ago. Very friendly family, lots of art and 2 cute cats and decent breakfast!

Very close to the old city, walkable distance to everything, cafe, tea house and there’s a small stop over the corner to buy walker and snacks. Host is very friendly to me and the cats are friendly too! There’s a small photo gallery in the hostel. I’ll stay here again if I have a chance to travel back

“Welcoming”

Loved the place! The rooms are fairly priced and the host is super welcoming and nice, made our stay in Bukhara better. The best part was getting to meet Kiki (or koko) and Unka!

Rooms were a good size and had an AC unit for heat/cooling. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Showers were good. The host was very accommodating. The cats were cute!

A family run guest house by a son and his mother. Extremely hospitable and friendly landlady. Breakfast of variety and served with a smile and jokes. Room was spacious, tidy and cosy. Decorated with local textiles - lets you dive in the Uzbek atmosphere while feeling at home. Bathrooms are shared. Thank you! Спасиба! I can’t wait to come again!

It's a family run business and everyone is kind and friendly. The paintings and photos on display in the guesthouse are amazing. The location is also great.

Absolutely loved this guest house. Umida is extremely hospitable and kind and pleasant to be around. She takes great care of all of her guests and make them feel at home at once. The room was so nice, I slept like a baby. I ended up staying longer than I planned. The house cat Unka is adorable and loving and will keep you company for breakfast (which was delicious). There’s also a room with a photo exhibition with photos and paintings for anyone art interested, really nice! Thank you for the memories of Bukhara! I will see you again Inshallah!

Gorgeous property, fab location, great breakfast and amazing hosts! Top value, couldn’t recommend enough!

Very friendly hosts

I arrived late at night. I was a little worried, but I was very pleased with the warm hospitality. The landlady was very kind, and I was very happy to be able to talk about my travels with the other guests over breakfast. The kittens were really cute.
