“An amazing stay close to the center of Bukhara”

Very close to the center. Beautiful terrace with view to the whole city where you can relax. Spacious and clean place with everyone being more than eager to assist you.

“Uzbek hospitality at its finest”

The staff was incredibly kind and corteous at all times. My budget room was spacious and with air conditioning (perfect since outside it was very hot). The toilet was detached from the main room but it was private, I had keys to it and only I could use it. The atmosphere was wonderful and typical and the hotel is near every historical Bukhara site. The breakfast was also very good and abundant! I definitely recommend it, especially for solo travelers like me or young friend groups!

The roof terrace was top notch, breakfast was good, friendly owners, great location in the heart of the city.

Everything about the property was amazing!! Location is right in near the old town and Ark. Room size and amenities were great and clean. Loved the rooftop terrace! Breakfast was incredible and different most days. Most of all, the owner and staff were incredible. I arrived outside of tourist season so happened to be at the hotel with no other guests so Akmal went above and beyond by literally driving me outside of town to view historical monuments, local cuisine and everything there was to know about the area. Look forward to the day I return!

Booked six weeks in advance, these scammers cancelled two hours before my arrival then lied to booking that I never checked in. Avoid.

“Nice hotel and good value for money”

The host was really friendly. Despite the language barrier, communication was excellent. The size and quality of the room and bathroom is good, given the low price. Excellent location, with all the main sites of Bukhara within a short walking distance. So really good value for money in that respect. Nice rooftop with a great view overlooking the city. Contrary to what is written in the description of the hotel, you can pay by card.

We had such a lovely stay at this charming guesthouse in the heart of Bukhara’s historical old town. The location couldn’t be better — everything is just a short walk away. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming; they even waited for us late at night after our train was delayed, which we appreciated so much. The room was cozy and spotless, and the breakfast was simply amazing — abundant, homemade, and full of delicious local touches. The view from the terrace at night is stunning. We truly felt at home here and would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Bukhara!

The hotel is well located, the staff is nice and the breakfast is very good, with lots of choices. The room was big with private toilets and bathroom. The window was facing the main hall and entrance though, and as the curtains didn't blind enough the view, anyone could still distinguish what was happening in our room. This could easily be solved with better, more occulting curtains though.

“A lovely stay in the heat of Bukhara!”

We absolutely loved staying at Abuzar. Our room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was delicious. The location is fantastic, really only 2/3 minutes and you’re in the heart of the old city. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the roof terrace just soaking in the atmosphere. It was lovely to spend time at a family guest house, all of the family were lovely. In particular, after leaving something there - the owners went above and beyond to make sure that it was returned to me! Thank you so much!

“Nice place to stay in Bukhara”

I like the gereral atmosphere there at Abuzar, it is a nice house turning into a guesthouse, with a rooftop from where you can feel standing in the middle of Bukhara. Location is closed to most of sightseeing places, although it is in a small alley, it's very easy to find (for me) The owner and everyone working at Abuzar are very kind and friendly

Location was perfect - just a few minutes from all of the main sights but also in a quieter area. Breakfast was delicious (eggs, sausages, bichak, gumma, fruit). I was working remotely and one day they so kindly bought me lunch free of charge as I was in my room! It was so kind (and also delicious - the plov was nicer than the ones I got in the restaurants). Thank you so much for having me!

The location was excellent. Our hosts were wonderful and went out of their way to help us. We liked them so much we wished we had booked for a longer stay.
