Featuring a 2000-square-metre spa area with an indoor pool, a sauna world, a steam bath, a tepidarium and a salt cave, Caramell Premium Resort Superior is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Bük. It offers free WiFi. Caramell Premium Resort Superior features a beauty and health centre, and guests can choose from up to 60 different wellness, medical and holistic treatments. In the Mandala Restaurant and the Buddha Bar, guests can enjoy Hungarian and international cuisine, as well as a selection of dietary dishes. The modern and spacious rooms are air-conditioned and feature a balcony, a minibar, an LCD TV, a safe, and a bathroom. The Crystal Tower, the hotel’s own adventure park, is right next to the main building. Cycling and hiking trails start right outside. The receptionist, Martina, was the nicest. She was professional, kind, and helpful—one of the best I have ever met. The food was delicious. We were upgraded to a premium room and it was worth the price.

Nice hotel with great pools, spa, saunas, fantastic food with a great choice. A few minutes walk from a thermal spa. A big car park.

“Quite disappointing after our good experience a few years ago”
- There was a dirty bath tub in the bedroom - The minibar fridge wasn’t working - The safe broke down late in the evening, and it took quite some time to figure out that the “universal key” was the code 000000, which means that those safes are not safe at all, as probably too many people are able to open them - There was a strong smell of smoke when we checked in, and also later when we arrived to the room after a while

“The good and the bad of the hotel”
Good and bad The Good: This hotel bills itself as a 4-star hotel. Half board with excellent cuisine. Great thermal pool. Nice swimming pool with interesting architecture. At first glance, a 4-star hotel with everything that goes with it and with above-standard client care.

Location is nice. The food was okay, but it lacks some variety. The room was spacious. The pools and the saunas are great. Kid's room had a lot of toys for all ages.

Breakfast and dinner was delicious, recepcionist really helpful, provided taxi to the station. Wellness was nice and warm. Rooms are big and comfortable.
