The staff was super friendly and helpful! I was traveling with my grandpa, who is in a wheelchair and on arrival the staff offered to take him. They even recommended a nearby place to eat and helped us find a place we were looking for and knew nothing about it. The hotel was clean and looked great. I'm vegan and they prepared me vegan options for breakfast. We had a great time and were sad to leave so soon. If we're ever in the area, we will definitely stay there again. I would say it looks even better in person than it does on the photos😊 And we loved the calm environment.

“Perfect place to stay in Bugojno”

We received a warm welcome and got a clean, nice room. Breakfast was fine. And we could park our dirty motorcycles in the garage. There was nothing to complain about, I can recommend this hotel a 100 percent. What I have to mention is the manager's friendliness and helpfulness. We had some technical issues with one bike and he really did everything to help us, tried to find a motorcycle workshop and supported us with phonecalls to get a spare part. This is not a matter of course, I may once again say thank you!

“Therapy”

I served in Bosnia as a soldier and needed to visit as part of therapy for my mental health. The location was perfect, the welcome outstanding. The signposting to support me in my wider travels couldn't have been better, it was so detailed and appropriate. I would strongly recommend to any armed forces veteran who served in the conflict 1992 to 1995.

“Bugojno's Best Option”

When I was coming to write the review, I was trying to work out if there was anything I didn't like about this place. In hindsight, that was silly. Everything was spot on. The staff were great, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was good, the breakfast was excellent, the cafe was a great place to get things done, and the location was perfect for nipping in and out of Bugojno as one pleases.

Hotel had central location, was clean and there was a garage available. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, there were many options and the restaurant setting was nice. We arrived with the motorcycle so the owner even gifted 2 Red Bulls to us for the drive next day. Super thoughtful and nice.

Everything was great from the food to the friendliness and cleanliness

The perfect place to switch off and relax! There really are no unfulfilled wishes! Very friendly reception staff his name is Sajo very friendly, excellent food of top quality - just come and feel good. Here the guest is really welcome and can feel absolutely comfortable and disconnect from everyday life! I will be back - definitely recommend
