“Was assigned the wrong size room and was not refunded for tge larger room we had booked”
I booked through booking .com for a king with sofa bed. When I arrived I was given a king with no sofa bed. When I went to let the front desk know she said she could not help me because I used a 3rd party. I said yes but you can see I booked a king with sofa-bed and she assigned me a room with no sofa bed. That was her fault. She would do nothing to help us so we did not have enough room for our 3rd person. They had to sleep sitting up. Very disappointed with Hampton Inn

It was great to just walk down stairs and have breakfast. Hotel is in a great location for all the venues we were going to. We were there for a wedding.

“AMAZING”
The hotel manager was really kind and she's full of warm hospitality. I bet her cosideration and warm heart made many costomers happy from the morning. The room was so comfortable and clean. Best location. I definitely will be back! Other workers are also very kind and friendly. Thank you for everything!
