“Walk to key attractions. Satisfactory for what is a three star hotel”
We used the hotel as a base (we checked in 4 times). The first room had a noisy toilet and noisy aircon. Our second check in room was much better. We requested this room number the next two check ins and were overall more satisfied.

“Excellent option in the heart of BA”
Excellent location, very nice and clean room, super comfortable bed, useful fridge and microwave, really good value for money. The room doesn’t have a window- it is expected in this type of renovated old tenement house- but the light comes through the glass door and you can use the curtains for privacy. Overall an excellent option to stay in the heart of BA. Note: I didn’t try the breakfast.

We stayed here for 3 days in a triple room. The staff were friendly, and the room was big and comfortable. The hotel has parking, which is a bonus, and the location is good and well connected. The breakfast was good as well.

“everything was great except the unmanageable heat and russian neighbours.”
Location is perfect, pretty close to Obelisk. room is big and I liked the breakfast, even tho there were no eggs.

“Great location”
The location was great value for money and everything was clean. The hotel street is not the best, with heavy traffic but it's really close to the main street.
