Amazing stay and outstanding staff support! I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I also really appreciated the free water, coffee and tea available at the reception, such a nice touch. But what truly made a difference was the staff. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room after checkout, and they were incredibly helpful. They kept them safe and assisted me in arranging an international shipment. Thanks to them, I was able to recover my earphones without any issue. A big thank you to the whole team for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel!

I liked the staff, they were very friendly! I enjoyed the coffee/tea in the downstairs and unlimited water from the tank also located in lobby.

“Helpful staff, great place, good value for money”

We had to find another accomodation last minute since our booked accomodation ( a studio flat not Up Laprida) in buenos aires did not exist. We found Up Laprida and forunately they had a room available. They offered us a suite at a normal room price since that was the only room available. Room was amazing, clean and comfortable. Staff were extremly helpful and nice. Good value for money and recommended. In the reception they had free water and coffee machine.

I stayed there 6 days .. arrived at 21,30 after overnight flight ! when upstairs and realized the different plug I asked for adaptor! it’s a persona thing I have for the places that don’t provide adaptors (even with a return guarantee) and even thought I explained that I need a second for my cpap breathing machine mrs Victoria (who was answering like a robot) claimed she gave me the last one. After the shift changed i went to the other person and got the second. Victoria again when I said I don’t have WiFi in my room told me she will let know the Internet person (lol). Where the safe blocked another day,same lady told me she will send send the “safe” person. It’s a cool motel though and the other people at the reception very helpful.
