Huge bedsit / flat with a lovely balcony Very comfortable bed, good shower and bathroom. The small kitchen and full size fridge is ideal for a longer stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. English was spoken by a few members of staff to a high standard. There is an all day buffet with fresh fruit, coffee tea and a selection of cereal, pastries, sandwiches and meats and cheeses. The quality of the food is very good. It's no problem to wander down at 5am and grab a coffee for example. It is very secure, well run Hotel and ideally placed for exploring Buenos Aries. The WiFi is fast and available throughout the hotel. There is a roof terrace with a few sun loungers, chairs and a BBQ area. There was a lovely fresh breeze up there. There is a small shop next door that sells cold beer for you to bring back to your room... important for us British travellers.

Eve was soo friendly and helpful when we arrived after a long journey. Thank you. We loved everything about the hotel.

“Excellent boutique hotel (plus apartments) well located in the old part of Buenos Aires”

The staff of the Shoshana are very friendly, helpful and professional. Our studio apartment was large and comfortable and quiet at night. The availability of an all day breakfast bar was most appreciated when we arrived after travelling for nearly 24 hours. The location was useful for visiting the Botanical Garden, Zoo Garden, Rose Garden and the Japanese Garden and the Belle Arts Museum.

We had a great first few nights in Buenos Aires at Shoshana Apart Boutique! Eze was an amazing host and provided incredible service. Breakfast had lots of variety. The room was clean and spacious. We felt at home here. Location was great - right in the middle of Palermo.

I loved staying at Shoshana. The location cannot be beat. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptional - so friendly and really seemed to care about me having a good stay (especially Ezekiel!). The always-available snacks in the lobby is a really nice perk. Will definitely stay here again!

Very clean , huge room. Most helpful front desk staff, Ezekiel, Thomas, Agostina and the chap who does night duty (sorry I forgot the name). Location is fine as it is three blocks form a sure station which connects with many sights. There is also a good bus service from several nearby points.

Location in a good area of the city, very smooth check-in and check-out process. Staff was just excellent, friendly and welcoming, felt like you are staying in a family home. There were available drinks and snacks during the whole stay, breakfast was tasty and filling.

A little gem tucked away in a quiet street in the Arcos district (near Palermo) but just a block away from a Hop On Hop Off bus route allowing good access to the rest of the city. Spacious room and the cold breakfast buffet stays available all day which is great for early arrivals, late risers or those needing a snack at any time. The staff are fabulous. Very welcoming and friendly and will help arrange taxis or other bookings. In particular I should mention Ezequiel who speaks excellent English and was over and above when my husband got sick and needed to go to the local medical centre (conveniently just round the corner). He accompanied us to translate which was definitely needed. Thanks also to his boss who was happy for Ezequiel to stay with us and came too at the start to make sure my husband was seen quickly (we were travelling the following day). If you like personal service and boutique hotels then I highly recommend the Shoshana.
