When I arrived and wanted to check-in, I was told that the hotel is closed because the owner did not pay out employees for months. Nobody informed me about this before arriving, and my reservation was not cancelled. After an 18-hour flight, I was left on the street to find new accommodation on my own. This is completely unacceptable. Stay away from this property!

Staff at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. Even though I did not have time to use the shared facilities, the hotel looks like a good place for travellers to meet (hostel vibes but without being a hostel)

Really good size dorm with plenty of space. Decent size lockers and hanging space. Beds are a bit bigger than standard. Staff super helpful with everything - I lost my headphones and they found them. I had an allergic reaction to something in the room and the reception staff were helpful in trying to access healthcare

The location is fantastic, beautiful green street in a center of Palermo, close to the coffee places and restaurants. The place has a great potential, as it has kitchen, working space, etc. and even a rooftop for amazing sunsets.

The location is great, my room was on the 7th floor so the noise from the street were quite low. My room was enormous (I had a private suite).
