Building facilities (e.g. pool, gym, security) and location. All in all great value for money. Downsides can be fixed with a small investment.

“Comfortable apartment”
Quite a peaceful location, not very near tourist spots. The indoor heated pool and outdoor pool are great facilities. The sauna and steam room and relaxing areas on the 10th floor are all a real bonus. The apartment itself was clean, communication good and a generally positive and comfortable experience.

The building amenities are amazing and can easily beat any 5 star hotel. The room was just as expected and had everything necessary for the stay. The bed was super comfortable. The host was attentive at all times and super nice to talk to. Great experience!
