The host was extremely friendly and helpful. There is ample space; the bed is comfortable; bathroom facilities are good -- hot shower, very luxurious towels and plenty of them for our stay. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail: e.g. there is room to hang all the towels in the bathroom; plenty of space to put away clothes; lots of hangers (! very rare for a tourist place such as this). Secure building. Location is fabulous for anyone wanting to stay in the microcentro; there is an excellent coffee shop Import Coffee on the corner; if the prices there seem a bit high for your budget, a little bit further on at the corner of Corrientes and Carlos Pelligrini there is a Club del Tostadas; and around the corner on Suipacha there is the wondrous Cafe Ideal, an art deco masterpiece. Excellent value for money.

Norberto was our host, he welcomed us at around 11.30pm after we arrived from the airport, and he had all organized with tips and helped us with any questions we needed at any time through Whatsapp. The place is super well located in terms of accessibility to transportation, within 15-30mins walk you can get to Puerto Madero, San Telmo or Recoleta, we used local buses with the transit system card (SUBE) our host lend us to go to other locations in the city, it's about 30 cents/person a trip, much cheaper than the hop in hop off buses tour and subway is the same price. The bedroom fitted our expectations, it has a small kitchen in case you want to cook and its well-kept and clean. Highly advise to follow the host guidance in how to exchange money locally, DO NOT use Western Union for money exchange, local employees will make any excuse to fail your transactions, we lost 3 hours of our first morning trying to avail of this service and later find out about the Western Union employees' approach to foreigners attempts of changing currency, thus, do use the host guidance on how to do that. Thank you, Norberto, for all the help you gave us and for the lovely studio we rented! :)

Host is extremely helpful and polite, ready to fulfill any request. Security is excellent. Location at the very center is also a big plus. Fresh towels and bed linen were provided generously
