I absolutely love this hostel, it was everything that I had hoped it would be and more. I stayed here for approximately a week and a half and I was only supposed to be here for 3 days but I loved it so much I kept extending. I was travelling alone so I wanted somewhere that I would be able to meet other people and it was perfect, there is a nice mixture of people of all ages and activities every night to help you make friends. The staff are incredible, so professional but also very friendly and approachable, all speak Spanish and very good English also. I needed advice on the local area and assistance on a couple of occasions from different members of the team and they all delivered 10/10 service. One night I went out for a drink on my own at 4am and I told Juan, the night receptionist before I left and he even messaged me on Whatsapp via the hostel Whatsapp number to check if I was ok, they really do go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and like part of the family. Fernando, Guada, Matheus and Cony all deserve honourable mentions as well, they were all so helpful and friendly and just generally always there to help and Fernando always greeted me with a fist bump and a little bit of small talk as I love a chat and a bit of banter, this sort've thing really makes you feel at home. The hostel is really well protected whereby you have to buzz to get in and state your room number and bed so there is never anybody in the hostel who shouldn't be there, guests are allowed before 10pm but you have the added piece of mind of knowing that no strangers are walking around at night. There is a group chat with almost 400 people if you are ever looking for someone to join you on a day tour or just someone to play pool with and there is always someone who pops up to join you. The facilities are great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, it's the people inside that make it and all the people staying there were also very friendly.

The staff were excellent, really really helpful. Breakfast was good and the location very nice. The private room was pretty decent and they have activities organised that you can join every night.

It is very a friendly, open space and well located in Palermo and overall very clean. Staff is friendly and they organise a lot of things for the guests.

The hotel’s location was excellent. Security was good, with a person at reception available 24/7 who opened the door after ringing the bell. They also organized activities for guests, such as watching movies together.

During my stay I had to work, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The room was spacious, the bed super comfy, it had AC, and the bathroom was small but totally functional. The garden is gorgeous, and the hostel even has a coworking space. They were constantly cleaning the common areas and bathrooms. The included breakfast is really good! The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and has great transport connections to anywhere in Buenos Aires.

The location is in a very nice part of Buenos Aires.
