Great location. Apartment is very secure and area safe. Carlos the host is awesome, very kind checking in to make sure everything is ok. Even taking the time out to drive us to the airport. He’s proud of his city and does his best to make sure you enjoy it.

The location is excellent and so many great places to eat and see nearby! The apartment was really well equipped and we both slept really well on a comfy mattress and it was also very quiet considering Buenos Aires is a busy city! Charlie was an exceptional host and terrific with communications and loads of friendly advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved our stay and would stay again! Thanks Charlie for making our BA experience tops!

The most important aspect of this accommodation is the absolute commitment of Charlie, the owner, to his guests having the best stay possible. Well in advance Charlie was checking in with us, asking us what we needed, telling us the essentials of the accommodation and sharing great ideas of what we could do, see and eat locally. He was available by WhatsApp constantly while we were there and everything he said happened. The apartment itself is in a great location in a lovely part of Buenos Aires in a secure building with a full time concierge. It has a tidy little kitchen perfectly equipped and very comfortable bed with a nice balcony overlooking a side street. We loved our stay, thank you!

“Perfect host of a ideal apartment”

Our host Charlie as he looked after us even before we arrived with recommendations for restaurants etc. The apartment was very clean and modern with a patio area. Charlie had got us breakfast serials, drinks etc etc all very nice surprises. The location was close to the shops and lots of very nice restaurants. They was 24/7 security which made us feel safe. Charlie kept in touch with the whole 3 days we were there, making sure everything was okay. They was also a lovely bakery next door which was ideal.

Charlie was the perfect host. His communication was great and he made lots of fantastic suggestions to make our stay a memorable one. The property was in a great location, and it had everything (and more) of what we needed. Charlie provided us with milk, food, coffee on arrival and some great toiletries to use.

Friendliest and most helpful host imaginable. Bed was comfortable, WiFi was fast. Room was well equipped and stocked. Lovely balcony. Aircon worked. Great location in touristy, safe neighborhood. Little pool on the roof.

Our host Carlos was super helpful, and has thought of everything. All you need and more waiting for you in this comfortable apartment.

Charlie was an extraordinary host who gave us lots of advice and assistance, as well as leaving snacks and drinks in our accommodation. When we had an issue with a plug in the kitchen sink, it was replaced immediately. The location was excellent, in a safe area, close to restaurants, parks, shops. 24 hr security at the front desk made us feel safe as well.It was very clean and comfortable, and having access to a washing machine and dryer was a bonus. One of the best accommodation experiences we have had in all our years of travelling.

Clean, comfortable, safe area with good restaurants and bars, close to the underground. Charlie the host definitely went beyond and some when he offered his home as a pick up point for a bag we wanted to ship home and when the courier failed to collect it he took it to their depot. He is also an excellent host with good advice on what to do in the fabulous city of Buenos Aires

“A perfect apartment with a perfect host in Palermo Soho. Don’t stay anywhere else!”

Charlie is a wonderful, generous and amazingly helpful host. Nothing was too much trouble. Charlie even personally drove us to our next meeting point in the city which saved us the expense of a taxi. The apartment had everything we wanted and more with thoughtful touches in the bathroom and even totally unexpectedly, breakfast in the fridge! Bread, butter, ham, toast and fruit juice!

“Fives Stars in Palermo Soho”

Charlie (host) made contact with me a few days prior to arrival requesting arrival time. I have him my flight details and said he would meet me at the apartment. On arrival he graciously showed me everything in the apartment. He also had tourist brochures available. He had left out tokens for the washing machine and dryer as well as soap. On my Departure day he drove me to my next destination. Charlie is a wonderful host.

The apartment is in a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants and a supermarket nearby and was well furnished with a good stock of basic essential groceries. We enjoyed the complimentary can of beer !! No stinginess there ! Carlos was very responsive to any query or recommendations. He even dropped us at a well known restaurant on our last day. I would unhesitatingly recommend this property for its location, security, warm decor, cleanliness and comfort.

It is a nice and cosy appartement with everything that you need. It is located in nice neighborhood and close to public transport. Carlos is a great host, check in went smooth and he also gave us tips for places and restaurants to visit and even showed us around for currency exchange. We are very happy that we chose to stay here.

“Exceptional and even more thanks to Carlos”

Exceptional studio apartment, everything we’d hoped for and then even more. Spacious room, super comfy, king size bed with great choice of pillows, quality bed linen. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, every single thing you could possibly need, and things you didn’t know you’d need, (kitchen towel, foil, cotton wool, all sorts of cleansers/shampoos, just for example). Lots of breakfast products and extras, like biscuits, cakes, very special fresh pastries from local bakery and a welcome beer. 24 hour door security Very close to everything in Soho, near Plazo Italia, bakery, supermarket, banks, cambio, restaurants BUT best of all, super host Carlos. He could not have done more to make our stay in BA the best, and in fact, other places on our Argentinian tour. He kept in touch via WhatsApp with suggestions for other places, as well as BA, we were planning on visiting, that he knew well. We have met many friendly people in Argentina, but Carlos is definitely our star.
