“Perfect stay in the heart of Palermo”
Palermo Jai was the perfect home away from home while visiting Buenos Aires. The location was perfect, the apartment was great and the staff were so friendly. It was especially convenient having the free laundry available in the basement.

“Warm and welcoming”

The location is excellent, the apartment looks new and is very well maintained, and the hosts provide extraordinary attention. The communication is fast and easy. Sunsets from the upper floors or the terrace are a lovely bonus.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a great room, modern bathroom, and stunning — yet peaceful — views. The rooftop was gorgeous, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I've been to Buenos Aires more than 10 times, and this was by far the best stay — unbeatable in both comfort and value for money.

Great location near good restaurants, shopping and transportation. Free laundry machines in the building were a wonderful benefit during my 2 week stay.

“Everything was great!”
Everything was great! Check-in and check-out were easy and quick, and the hosts were very flexible with the times. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and modern. The bed was super comfy, and the heating works through the air conditioning. Perfect location.

“Amazing location, nice well-equipped apartment, very comfy bed”
Great modern accommodation, nice little balcony, amazing location. Altogether we recommend Palermo Jai - especially for couples. Only negative aspect was that the cleaning personnel was very loud and woke us up twice, but the receptionist handled the matter well and was very friendly which somewhat compensated for the situation.
