“Helpful, lovely, great value stay in Recoleta”
The loveliest staff, excellent location in Recoleta <10 minutes away from AEP, free mineral water and juice, 24-hour reception, baggage storage during my trip to Iguazu, large and clean room, comfortable bed—what is not to love? In fact, one of the negative reviews is why I booked because it was clear to me that the person expected a 5-star hotel and displaced their anger at mismatched expectations onto this property. The Ritz Carlton it is not, but it was an excellent offering within its class. I didn’t have to eat the snacks or find them to meet any of my nutritional needs to still appreciate that they were decent and offered for free. I only stayed for a short overnight layover, but it was perfect for my needs and would recommend to others.

Very friendly service and an amazing team. The room was clean and well maintained. There is even a free minibar and small snacks, which was a nice touch. We were very satisfied with our stay. The location is very central, a great base to explore Buenos Aires.

“Excellent staff and location”
The staff were so helpful...i left my bag for 4 days and returned and collected it... All the staff I spoke to on reception were lovely and all helped me over my 2 stays here

I stayed one night as it is close to AEP airport. The staff were helpful and arranged a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price. The hotel is near to shops and places to eat. The room was clean and had everything I required.

“Comfortable hotel”
I stayed only one night but I cannot fault it! The lady of the reception when I arrived was very helpful and welcoming, and the room was large and comfortable - In the room they provided tea, coffee, crackers with sweet and savoury toppings and other things for breakfast as well.

“The hotel is not fancy it’s basic but the staff really looked after us.”
It was cheap and cheerful but the staff were great. Great communication and they left us water and snacks in our room and organised us a taxi as we were leaving very early the next day.
